MIDTERM :: GIANNI CASANOVA & MONICA ORDONEZ

INEARdescence

Concept: In-ear earphones are a crucial part of set up, they allow you to be able to hear your instrument, the other musicians and the singers, without them it's difficult to be in sync with everyone.
As a musician, I keep seeing how the singers in-ears keep falling off their ears, especially when drastic or rapid movements are involved, and I see them struggle to put it back on and have the wires exposed.

INEARdescence is a 3D Printed fashion wearable that allows musicians and singers to insert their in-ears through the form to have a stable hold on their in-ears, while maintaining the wires hidden.

The wearable will have a shine and slight reflective property that allows the light from the stage (these are meant for performers) to bounce off the wearable and illuminate the wearable with different colors depending on the stage lighting. Giving the performer and the audience a unique experience with every wear.
