Assignment 3A - Hieu Le, Timothy Cobo (Updated)

Updated* 4/11/2018 Most Recent Development

We are currently working on making our existing pavilion more parametric and rather than deflecting the breeze, we intend on capturing and harnessing it with the grid like surface

Our pavilion focused on an outdoor environment with open access to the surrounding environment where customers can try on our shoes and have quick access to run around and try them out. The curves of our pavilion accentuate speed and flow, while the space frame truss gives the impression of lightweightedness.
Our wearable has been updated with surface tessellation in strategic areas to provide a lighter and more breathable material. Colors can be accented to highlight differentiations in materials for a fashionable look.

Using the Natural Contours of the human foot, we created a breathable shoe that allows natural movement. The shoe is easily placed on the foot and reinforces itself only in the most comfortable areas. One example of the simplicity we reached for can be seen in the example below.

Hieu Le - Assignment 1B
